How do I place an order?
Simply place items in your shopping cart by selecting the “add to cart” button next to the products you wish to purchase. At any time, you may see and/or revise the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. Click the Checkout button when you are ready to proceed to the checkout of our secure, online ordering system.
What types of payment do you accept?
Scalezone.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards through our secure online ordering system. We do not accept Discover card at this time. We do not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the US. Phone and fax orders are processed pending credit approval. We do not accept checks or money orders for online orders. Checks and money orders may be accepted for faxed or phoned in orders, but checks must clear before we ship your order. This process may take up to 10 working days and will delay your order shipment.
Can I fax, phone or mail my order?
Online orders through our secure ordering and checkout system are highly encouraged. If it is impossible for you to place your order online, we accept faxed orders at 214-638-1750. Be sure that ALL necessary information is on your order, including your billing name and address, shipping name and address, phone number(s) and email address(es) where you can be contacted, your credit card number and expiration date, all pertinent item numbers, descriptions and prices, etc. Phone orders can be placed during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST by calling us at 214-638-1808.
Can I order on a line of credit?
Mail orders and purchase orders requesting a line of credit (i.e. Net 30 payments, etc.) are not accepted.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders that are shipped to addresses in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax is not added to orders that ship outside the state of Texas.
Do you take back orders for out-of-stock items?
Scalezone.com currently does not handle back orders. If an item you order is out-of-stock, you will be notified, and the order will be cancelled. In the event that one of multiple items on your order is out of stock, the order for that single item will be cancelled, and shipping & handling charges (and applicable tax for Texas residents) will be adjusted accordingly.
How can I cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly and as such, it is difficult to cancel orders. If an hour or more has passed since you placed your order online, chances are that it has already begun to be processed. Call customer service at 214-630-6314.
How can I change/add to my order?
If your order has already been submitted, you will need to place a new order for additional items, as orders in processing cannot be changed.
Is my order secure?
Scalezone.com takes every precaution to ensure the security of your transaction. All electronic transactions have SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for security when transmitting your account information. An email will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order to notify you that the order has been received and is in process. The Federal Law protects your online credit-card transactions just like your offline transactions. Your liability is limited to a maximum of $50.00 in charges.
